Refund & Return Policy

At Flaireon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at flaireon00@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Items that are used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
